For technical problems, account questions, or Sportive Pro, email support@adelmannlabs.de. Include your app version and what happened immediately before the problem. Never send your password.
Privacy
For access, correction, deletion, portability, or another privacy request, contact privacy@adelmannlabs.de. We may verify your identity to protect the account.
Safety and conduct
Report profiles, messages, clubs, and posts directly in the app where possible. You can also contact safety@adelmannlabs.de. Use the public notice form for illegal content.
Emergencies
Sportive is not an emergency service. Call 112 in immediate danger and contact the police for crimes or urgent threats.
