How deletion works
- Open Sportive and go to Settings.
- Choose account deletion and confirm.
- A recent sign-in may be required for security.
- Deletion runs in the background; do not create another account with the same credentials while it is pending.
What is deleted or redacted
Your profile, private account data, profile images, push token, and personal content are deleted or redacted so they can no longer be attributed to you. Non-personal shared contributions, such as anonymised venue information, may remain.
Limited retention
Limited data may remain where required for statutory retention, an active safety case, fraud prevention, or legal claims. Encrypted backup copies expire within 90 days.
Cannot access the app?
Email privacy@adelmannlabs.de from the address connected to your account. We verify identity before deleting an account.
